First Run of the Month

Just Back from work and from my run.
My intime for work today was 6.15am and slept at 3.30am last night and woke up at 5.20am.
Super tired but i still pushed myself for my first run of the month and for the week.
I start my run right after handling over the outstanding jobs of the day and that was about 4+ pm already.

I Had clocked a distance of 4+Km today.
Height: 172cm
Weight: 68.6Kg
BMI: 23.2
Fat%: 20.3%
Fat Mass: 13.9Kg
FFM: 54.7Kg
TBW: 40.0Kg

Target to reduced my weight to 65Kg by the end of the Month. :)

重新开始

Never been updating my blog for quite a period and its time to refresh and start blogging again.

就是今天，从今天开始。。。

KPE - First Ever Tunnel Run

The full length of the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway will be opened to motorists on 20 September 2008. To celebrate the completion of the longest underground vehicular tunnel in South East Asia, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) is organising the Swing KPE to provide an opportunity for the public to be one of the first to walk and run in the unopened portion of the KPE tunnel (Phase2). Participants will also get to enjoy exciting activities in the tunnel!
